You agree that by accessing the website or engaging our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

3. Service Provision and Payment

We agree to provide entertainment marketing services—including artist promotion, event and tour marketing, social and streaming growth, and entertainment PR—as outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. Service fees, payment terms, and project timelines will be specified in the SOW. Payments are due according to the schedule outlined. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website or our services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You agree not to use our services to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities. You are responsible for ensuring all materials provided to us (e.g., music samples, promotional images, tour dates, ad copy) comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and platform policies.

5. Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the website or engage our services. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the SOW. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, DENY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Missouri. Infinity Blak Entertainment Marketing LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
